UK Shipping

A standard charge of £5.95 is made (insurance up to £125) for a Special Delivery Before 12am anywhere in the UK. All handsets will be shipped within three working days, however we do not work on a Saturday and Sunday and as a result you should allow 5 to 6 days for delivery from when you place the order.

Once you’ve bought something (especially something nice, like a mobile) you want it to be delivered as quickly as possible. We are very aware of this and as a result Retrofone will always try to deliver as quickly as possible and within the stated delivery period. If your phone(s) is subject to any delay then you will be notified with a revised delivery schedule.

A full no catch 30 day warranty is offered with all our products and return details are included with every Retrofone. In many cases we are dealing with handsets which are 5+ years old and as a result from time to time you will encounter problems with your handset. Please do not despair just send it back to our office as instructed on the warranty sheet and we will send you a replacement or a refund by return.

EU Shipping

A standard charge of £9.95 is made for all deliveries in the EU only. We do not ship to countries outside the EU. We use the Royal Mails International ‘Sign For’ delivery service which means each purchaser will have to sign for all goods received from Retrofone.

Retrofone issues a tracking number and contact details for the Royal Mail to every customer. These details will accompany your final email outlining when your goods were shipped, with a unique tracking number. Retrofone is not able to chase delayed EU orders. This will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and you must realize this before you buy a Retro-phone.

North America Shipping

Before reading the shipping details you must note that the UK and Europe use a different GSM network to the United States. Hence GSM handsets (900 & 1800) will not work on non GSM networks. This includes Motorola Startac 130’s!
